The responsible brothers and sisters of Heartland Prophetic Council, in response to questions concerning our beliefs and practices are issuing this statement to clarify our ministry model. We are a prophetic servant community who seek to serve and build up all men by living before them a Christ centered example of unconditional love, operating in the Spirit of prophesy, directing all men to Jesus the Saviour of the world, the Son of God and the true Spirit of prophesy (Revelation 19:10 KJV). Our present truth (2^nd Peter 1:12 KJV) understanding is that the Spirit of prophecy, is Jesus testimony of what He accomplished on the cross when he was given by God as a Son (Isaiah 9:6a; John 3:16) to take away the sins of the world. Jesus while on the cross took all of God’s judgments and wrath upon Himself for our trespasses and became the propitiation (Romans 3:25-26; 1^st John 2:2 & 4:10 KJV) for all of mankind’s sin. That is the testimony of  Jesus Christ which is the Spirit of prophecy.

The members of Heartland Prophetic Council as we are moved by that same Spirit of prophecy speak this message. In 2^nd Corinthians 5:19 (KJV) the Spirit has revealed that… God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation… that word we now prophesy to individuals, regions and countries!

Our Founder and spiritual father, Walter Waller, was given a vision for a Council of prophetic brothers and sisters who come together for the purpose of hearing and seeing the Heart of our Father. As faith comes by hearing and as we see what the Father is doing, through the Holy Spirit concerning all the families of the earth, we are determined to implement what we have seen and heard. Beginning in the Heartland of the United States, first in Missouri, the Council members individually hear and see what the Spirit is revealing for the purpose of obedience to the faith (Romans 16:26). We believe that Jesus Christ builds His church upon the rock of revelation given to each individual (Matthew 16:18). We obey! He builds!

Heartland Prophetic Council was incorporated in the State of Missouri in the spring of 2010 and from that time we have endeavored …to guard and keep the harmony and oneness of [and produced by] the Spirit in the binding power of peace… (Ephesians 4:3) with those within HPC and those without. We do this by holding monthly Prophetic Encouragement Events and by participating in home groups around the state as we each function in our ministry gifting.

Walter could have searched the scriptures to support why the Heartland Prophetic Council conducts our ministry in the manner that we do but instead he waited upon the direction of the Spirit and he was given several passages of scriptures from the Amplified translation that the Holy Spirit wanted to be used in our statement. (These scripture references given by the Spirit are highlighted in blue.)

Our statement is summed up with the scriptures that the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:17 KJV) brought to Walter beginning in Ephesians 4:11-13…

¹¹And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers. ¹²His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church), ¹³[That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.

In 2009 the Spirit revealed to Walter that it was time for believers to come into agreement with Romans 12:2, 10 and 16 and he shared that vision wherever and whenever he ministered:

²Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you]. ¹⁰Love one another with brotherly affection [as members of one family], giving precedence and showing honor to one another. ¹⁶Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty (snobbish, high-minded, exclusive), but readily adjust yourself to [people, things] and give yourselves to humble tasks. Never overestimate yourself or be wise in your own conceits.

Walter’s vision began to take shape as the truth that the perfecting and full equipping of the saints was only possible through the process of the renewing of the mind as we love each other as the one family of God. This love never fails because… Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. 1^st Corinthians 13:7

This process of the renewing of the mind, as revealed to Paul by the Spirit and recorded for our learning in Ephesians 4:22-25, 32 is very practical:

²²Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion; ²³And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude], ²⁴And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness. ²⁵Therefore, rejecting all falsity and being done now with it, let everyone express the truth with his neighbor, for we are all parts of one body and members one of another. ³²And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.

Only in accepting each person as a member of the Father’s family can produce the loving atmosphere where we may grow into …the measure of the fullness of the stature of the Christ!

This unconditional acceptance is THAT love that never fails as recorded in 1^st Corinthians 13:5-8:

⁵It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. ⁶It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. ⁷Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. ⁸Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]…

As we at HPC believe the words that have gone out over His people through the prophetic words Christ in us has spoken, we continue to believe the very best of every person. As we see them through our Father’s eyes and unconditionally love them they learn to be imitators of their Father as written in Ephesians 5:1-2:

¹THEREFORE BE imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father]. ²And walk in love, [esteeming and delighting in one another] as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God [for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance…

Love demands that we judge righteous judgment. Jesus, the Head of the church, defined righteous judgment for us in John 7:24 (KJV);

²⁴Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

The Father also revealed this to the prophet Samuel as it is written in 1^st Samuel 16:7 (KJV):

⁷But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

As we continue to esteem and delight in one another by speaking the truth in love, thereby judging righteous judgment, we grow up into Him. This is allowing mercy to rejoice over the judgments of man (James 1:13 KJV). We hold and honor the Head, believing the spirit of prophecy, which is the testimony of Jesus concerning each person (Revelation 19:10 KJV)  …¹⁴from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God. ¹⁵But, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ: ¹⁶From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (Ephesians 4:15-16 KJV)

The above wisdom has come to Heartland Prophetic Council through revelation from the Father into His ways by emphasizing the love relationship, first toward God, then toward our neighbor. (Matthew 22:37-42 KJV) We all have fallen short of this perfect love relationship but we are pressing in daily that we may be continually built up in Him becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith:

³In Him all the treasures of [divine] wisdom ([comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God) and [all the riches of spiritual] knowledge and enlightenment are stored up and lie hidden.⁴I say this in order that no one may mislead and delude you by plausible and persuasive and attractive arguments and beguiling speech. ⁵For though I am away from you in body, yet I am with you in spirit, delighted at the sight of your [standing shoulder to shoulder in such] orderly array and the firmness and the solid front and steadfastness of your faith in Christ [that leaning of the entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness]. ⁶As you have therefore received Christ, [even] Jesus the Lord, [so] walk (regulate your lives and conduct yourselves) in union with and conformity to Him. ⁷Have the roots [of your being] firmly and deeply planted [in Him, fixed and founded in Him], being continually built up in Him, becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and abounding and overflowing in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:3-7:

Our faith in Christ and in His people is based on the above scriptures as He leads us to do all things without grumbling and complaining and faultfinding as written in Philippians 2:14-15:

¹⁴Do all things without grumbling and faultfinding and complaining [against God] and questioning and doubting [among yourselves], ¹⁵That you may show yourselves to be blameless and guiltless, innocent and uncontaminated, children of God without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse], among whom you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark] world…

We believe this to be the New Testament church. It is freeing not confining; it is exhilarating and not depressing. It is full of the life of God and creates an expectancy of the Spirits’ leading. We can trust and be transparent, instead of hiding and fearful, of being exposed. Often we have been shut down and allegedly disqualified because we could not measure up to men’s laws. Those who don’t take the time to know us or establish a network of family to disciple us can not father us. We do not believe in sloppy grace which means we can do anything and it’s sanctioned by the leadership. Any behavior that does not please the Father is not acceptable. Why?  Because it does not please Him. All who do not rest in the Fathers sovereign position as the living God, who has the ultimate say over all men’s lives, will build psuedo authority structures that use law to control. For the law results in divine wrath. But where there is no law there is no transgression of it either Romans 4:15. It will usually be taken from the Bible but it is used to limit men’s faith and beliefs and not free them to step out in the prophetic life style we are all called to live. A prophetic life style will bring a vibrantly alive personal relationship with our Father God.

Walter asked the Father for conformation on what he believed Father was speaking to him in HPC’s Heart Statement that you are reading. Walter met a person this week that had this motto tattooed over their heart:

Those who take the authority as the Truth instead of the Truth as the authority

Our Father God is the authority because He is the Truth. As we live in families and intimate accountability relationships we will not be deceived but be led by the Holy Spirit into all His Truths.

Heartland Prophetic Council is a New Testament apostolic covering who awaken the unsaved with unconditional love. As we walk with them they want to be saved. We awaken the saved and disciple those on how to love and be loved based on Fathers heart of love. We awaken them to their gifts and callings and walk with them into home fellowships. We awaken the five fold ministers and disciple them in the foundations of the Fathers Heart. We love them by prophetic revelation into healing and outward celebration of people, Fathers creation.
Jesus said, “I do what I see the Father do and I say what I hear the Father say“. We thank God for the logos and the rhema of God; that gives us our lives in Him. We invite you to be part of Heartland Prophetic Council and experience the encompassing love of the Fathers heart that can flow through all believers. We welcome you with Fathers open arms. You will never be expendable, you will never be abandoned.

On December 16^th of 2010 I was ministering at our home Church, The Filling Station, in Belton Missouri. Because we allow the Holy Spirit to lead, our meetings are never the same.  While I was ministering I was caught up in a vision that set me in a garden setting with Jesus. Jesus and I were standing in front of an old stone cellar that had steps going down 5 steps to an old heavy wood door. As we step down to the door it was covered with a blanket of cobwebs. Jesus took His hand and pulled the cobwebs out of the way and I knew no one had been there for a very long time. The door has massive hinges and an old lock like you would see on an old jail door and Jesus pulled out His key the Father gave Him and unlocked the door.

The anticipation Jesus was feeling at this point was incredible and he was allowing me to feel His total excitement. This was truly a point in history, His-story, that would change the face of Christianity as we have known it forever. As Jesus unlocked the heavy door He swung it open and we stepped down another set of steps to another door as heavy as the first one. Jesus shown as the light of a 5000 watt lantern and I could see the second door did not have a lock on it. As He opened the second door I could see wine bottles in racks, floor to ceiling and as far as the eye could see. His light increased and I could not see the end of the cellar; it was endless. Jesus stepped up to a rack and pulled a bottle of wine out and wiped the dust off. It had no label and a cork that stuck out of the bottle 4 to 5 inches. The excitement I could feel coming from Him was so electrifying. I felt like I was in line for the worlds largest rollercoaster and I was going to be put in the front seat. I couldn’t keep from crying with joy and excitement and I knew He felt the same way. His face was so alive with joy. As I looked at Jesus He said to me, “I have waited so long to come here. My Father put this here the day I was crucified and only He had the key and only He would allow its release.” With that, He pulled the cork out and I heard a great pop. It was as if the bottle was a 4 inch fireman’s hose and it released everywhere we were standing and we were totally covered in burgundy head to toe. Jesus’ robes were perfectly white but became deep burgundy, as I, every inch was covered.

Jesus said “This is the Wine of My Presence. Over the next 5 years this will cause all men to come unto Me. Who is all? Those who have an ear to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying in their heart and will give up self control of their lives. Those who don’t know me as their savior will be able to hear Me and will have an opportunity. I have waited for this year for a very long time knowing that when it came there would be an increased release of My Presence. This release will cause The Fathers Heart to compel them to trust and long for the ultimate relationship they have missed, which is a devoted Father who longs for His cherished child. This release for the unsaved will compel them to come to Me with their broken heart. Only the Fathers Heart can release the unconditional love that brings the children’s hearts back to the Fathers and the father’s hearts back to the children. For My children who are saved and who truly surrender all; an intimacy beyond all they have ever known is available.”

In 2011 it is going to get tougher than we can fathom. The tensions in the world will escalate and the United

States is being tested on every front. Our actions and lack of character, Christian or not, are the reason we are where we are today. Anytime a country or a nation chooses to live for self preservation in stead of helping their fellow man first, they will reap the fruit of that action which was their choice. Christians, stop blaming the devil! The scriptures make it clear what we are to do and where we are to stand and being self focused is the opposite of what they reveal. For many years the church has been teaching a mixture of law and grace and telling us it was grace and the New Testament church but the fruit of this lie is self centered, self focused and selfish Christians. Doesn’t the Bible say that you will know a tree by its fruit and every tree produces after its own kind? I am not against the church but I am against teaching the scriptures in a way that helps control the people and manage them for the purpose of keeping the ministry machine running. We have not been called to keep the ministry machine running indefinitely.

I am not naïve, I know that finances are needed to preach the gospel, but if God has not built your ministry it is your work and it will not be His work. If it is your work then when the Father tells you to make a sharp right turn you will have to overcome a strong feeling of not wanting to risk your reputation or your billfold. It is the Fathers ministry the Fathers reputation the Fathers billfold. God builds we obey not the other way around. This example is from the scriptures; Jesus said He did not come with His own agenda but to do His Fathers will. In another place He said I do what I see the Father do and I say what I hear the Father say. This is as simple as can be and it is the Father’s heart desire.

Your ministry is not your relationship with Him. Your ministry is the fruit of your relationship with Him!

As our focus is kept on us sitting on our Fathers lap and loving Him intimately then the heart can begin to hear the Holy Spirit speaking to our spirits. In Colossians chapter 3:1-2 (Amplified) it speaks of “seek what is above and keep your mind set on them”. The New Testament church is built on Mathew 22:37-40: love the Father with all you are and love your neighbor as yourself with all your heart.

This is the first of three parts the Father said to release to His body. Next month I will release part two, for this is about the Fathers timing for us all.

And His gifts were [varied; He Himself appointed and gave men to us] some to be apostles (special messengers), some prophets (inspired preachers and expounders), some evangelists (preachers of the Gospel, traveling missionaries), some pastors (shepherds of His flock) and teachers. 12 His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ’s body (the church), 13 [That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.

In 2009 the Spirit revealed to Walter that it was time for believers to come into agreement with Romans 12:2,
10 and 16 and he shared that vision wherever and whenever he ministered:

2 Do not be conformed to this world (this age), [fashioned after and adapted to its external, superficial customs], but be transformed (changed) by the [entire] renewal of your mind [by its new ideals and its new attitude], so that you may prove [for yourselves] what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God, even the thing which is good and acceptable and perfect [in His sight for you].
10 Love one another with brotherly affection [as members of one family], giving precedence and showing honor to one another.
16 Live in harmony with one another; do not be haughty (snobbish, high-minded, exclusive), but readily adjust yourself to [people, things] and give yourselves to humble tasks. Never overestimate yourself or be wise in your own conceits.

Walter’s vision began to take shape as the truth that the perfecting and full equipping of the saints was only possible through the process of the renewing of the mind as we love each other as the one family of God. This love never fails because… Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. 1 Corinthians 13:7

This process of the renewing of the mind, as revealed to Paul by the Spirit and recorded for our learning in
Ephesians 4:22-25, 32 is very practical:

22 Strip yourselves of your former nature [put off and discard your old unrenewed self] which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion;
23 And be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind [having a fresh mental and spiritual attitude],
24 And put on the new nature (the regenerate self) created in God’s image, [Godlike] in true righteousness and holiness.
25 Therefore, rejecting all falsity and being done now with it, let everyone express the truth with
his neighbor, for we are all parts of one body and members one of another.
32 And become useful and helpful and kind to one another, tenderhearted (compassionate, understanding, loving-hearted), forgiving one another [readily and freely], as God in Christ forgave you.

Only in accepting each person as a member of the Father’s family can produce the loving atmosphere where we may grow into …the measure of the fullness of the stature of the Christ!

This unconditional acceptance is THAT love that never fails as recorded in 1 St Corinthians 13:5-8:

5 It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly. Love (God’s love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong].
6 It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and
truth prevail.
7 Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best
of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without
weakening].
8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]…

As we at HPC believe the words that have gone out over His people through the prophetic words Christ in us has spoken, we continue to believe the very best of every person. As we see them through our Father’s eyes and unconditionally love them they learn to be imitators of their Father as written in Ephesians 5:1-2:

1 THEREFORE BE imitators of God [copy Him and follow His example], as well-beloved children [imitate their father].
2 And walk in love, [esteeming and delighting in one another] as Christ loved us and gave
Himself up for us, a slain offering and sacrifice to God [for you, so that it became] a sweet fragrance…
3 Love demands that we judge righteous judgment. Jesus, the Head of the church, defined righteous judgment for us in John 7:24 (KJV);
24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

The Father also revealed this to the prophet Samuel as it is written in 1 St Samuel 16:7 (KJV):

7 But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the LORD looketh on the heart.

As we continue to esteem and delight in one another by speaking the truth in love, thereby judging righteous
judgment, we grow up into Him. This is allowing mercy to rejoice over the judgments of man (James 1:13
KJV). We hold and honor the Head, believing the spirit of prophecy, which is the testimony of Jesus concerning each person (Revelation 19:10 KJV) …

14 from which all the body by joints and bands having nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the increase of God.
15 But, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
16 From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part,maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love. (Ephesians 4:15-16 KJV)

The above wisdom has come to Heartland Prophetic Council through revelation from the Father into His ways
by emphasizing the love relationship, first toward God, then toward our neighbor. (Matthew 22:37-42 KJV)
We all have fallen short of this perfect love relationship but we are pressing in daily that we may be continually built up in Him becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith:

3 In Him all the treasures of [divine] wisdom ([comprehensive insight into the ways and purposes of God) and [all the riches of spiritual] knowledge and enlightenment are stored up and lie hidden.
4 I say this in order that no one may mislead and delude you by plausible and persuasive and attractive arguments and beguiling speech.
5 For though I am away from you in body, yet I am with you in spirit, delighted at the
sight of your [standing shoulder to shoulder in such] orderly array and the firmness and the solid front and steadfastness of your faith in Christ [that leaning of the entire human personality on Him in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness].
6 As you have therefore received Christ, [even] Jesus the Lord, [so] walk (regulate your lives and conduct yourselves) in union with and conformity to Him.
7 Have the roots [of your being] firmly and deeply planted [in Him, fixed and founded in Him], being continually built up in Him, becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and abounding and overflowing in it with thanksgiving. Colossians 2:3-7:
Our faith in Christ and in His people is based on the above scriptures as He leads us to do all things without grumbling and complaining and faultfinding as written in Philippians 2:14-15:
14 Do all things without grumbling and faultfinding and complaining [against God] and questioning and doubting [among yourselves],
15 That you may show yourselves to be blameless and guiltless, innocent and
uncontaminated, children of God without blemish (faultless, unrebukable) in the midst of a crooked and wicked generation [spiritually perverted and perverse], among whom you are seen as bright lights (stars or beacons shining out clearly) in the [dark] world…

We believe this to be the New Testament church. It is freeing not confining; it is exhilarating and not
depressing. It is full of the life of God and creates an expectancy of the Spirits’ leading. We can trust and be
transparent, instead of hiding and fearful, of being exposed. Often we have been shut down and allegedly
disqualified because we could not measure up to men’s laws. Those who don’t take the time to know us or
establish a network of family to disciple us can not father us. We do not believe in sloppy grace which means
we can do anything and it’s sanctioned by the leadership. Any behavior that does not please the Father is not acceptable. Why? Because it does not please Him. All who do not rest in the Fathers sovereign position as the living God, who has the ultimate say over all men’s lives, will build psuedo authority structures that use law to control. For the law results in divine wrath. But where there is no law there is no transgression of it either Romans 4:15. It will usually be taken from the Bible but it is used to limit men’s faith and beliefs and not free them to step out in the prophetic life style we are all called to live. A prophetic life style will bring a vibrantly alive personal relationship with our Father God.

Walter asked the Father for conformation on what he believed Father was speaking to him in HPC’s Heart
Statement that you are reading. Walter met a person this week that had this motto tattooed over their heart:

Those who take the authority as the Truth instead of the Truth as the authority

Our Father God is the authority because He is the Truth. As we live in families and intimate accountability
relationships we will not be deceived but be led by the Holy Spirit into all His Truths.

Heartland Prophetic Council is a New Testament apostolic covering who awaken the unsaved with
unconditional love. As we walk with them they want to be saved. We awaken the saved and disciple those on
how to love and be loved based on Fathers heart of love. We awaken them to their gifts and callings and walk
with them into home fellowships. We awaken the five fold ministers and disciple them in the foundations of the Fathers Heart. We love them by prophetic revelation into healing and outward celebration of people, Fathers creation.

Jesus said, “I do what I see the Father do and I say what I hear the Father say”. We thank God for the logos

I have been ask this question many times . I believe the key to accuracy and going deep is an  intimate relationship with the Father . To have intimacy you must believe and trust the person you are entering into this closeness with . To know the Father we always start with His Word and build this trust based on what He is saying and what He is doing . Not on what people have said or are saying about Him .

1 John 4:8-10 tells us that God is Love and that He first loved us and gave His Son that we through Him {JESUS} would be saved, not of our own doing but all through Jesus , totally submitted , willfully surrendered heart  obeying His Father .  Also John 3:16 confirms and also says because we believe in Him we cant perish . These sciptures build trust !

Romans 8:31 says if God “our Father” be for us who can be against us ! Genesis 28:15 says the Father will watch over us and do all He has spoken over us, He will not stop until He has completed His word .

Through the intimacy of believing our Father we will be full, John 12:34 says …..for out of the fullness , the overflow , the superabundance of the heart the mouth speeks . Because the Holy Spirit of the Father lives in us we release His heart and He will give  us the unction to release with our mouths His heart of mercy and compassion through prophetic utterances .

Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing what is told , and what is heard comes by the preaching of the message that came from the lips of Christ, the Messiah Himself .

I”ll leave you with this , Romans 12:5-21 has much to say about being balanced in our walk and also prophetically . We , who are born again , are all part of one big body and have diverse gifts given by our Father , if prophesy than prophesy according to your faith “the level of intimacy you have with the Father”, give yourself fully with no reservations . let your Love be sincere if it is you will hate evil . Love one another with a fervent Love and never lag in zeal and in earnest endever . Be aglow and burning with the Holy Spirit, serving the Lord with gladness. Forgve and Bless your enemies ! Forgive and Bless your enemies ! FORGIVE AND BLESS YOUR ENEMIES !!!!!!!!  By this you will overcome evil and be the master over it because we choose to humble our selves . True intimacy only comes by choosing humility and now you see the truth that takes us deeper than we have ever gone before . There is no end to intimacy thus there is no end to how accurate and deep we can go with the Spirit of Prophesy . I am sure there are other factors as well but this is what I have recieved from my Daddy God.I love HIM so and through Jesus this has been made possible. He is so FINE !!!!!

What is Personal Prophecy? A prophecy is a word of counsel or encouragement given under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. The person who gives you a “prophetic word” is sharing with you what they are impressed in their heart that God would have them say to you at the time.
Are Personal Prophecies Scriptural? (See 1 Tim. 1:18) “This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;”

What is the purpose of Personal Prophecy? Paul says in 1 Cor. 14:3 But everyone who prophesies speaks to men for their strengthening, encouragement and comfort.

What should you do with your Personal Prophecy?
1. You should review the prophecy given to you. All the prophecies given will be recorded. If you leave your e-mail address you will receive a link to the recording so you can download and listen to it. It would be a good idea to write it down for future reference.  It is perfectly acceptable to accept one part of a word while questioning another part. 1 Co. 13:9 says that we “know in part and prophesy in part”. So Prophecies are not infallible or always wholly accurate. Only you can decide the value of a prophecy.

2. You should use it as a tool for encouragement. In the verse above (1 Tim. 1:18) Paul told young Timothy to “war” in prayer with the prophecies he received.

3. You should wait for confirmation of your prophetic word. Whatever God may share with you through someone, he will confirm it through other caring people, personal dreams, or circumstances not to mention the scriptures themselves.

Is the person who shares with me a Prophet? Not necessarily. Eph. 4:11 tells as that in addition to pastors, God calls men and women to be prophets as well in service to his people. But 1 Cor. 14:31 says that “all may prophesy” whether they have a leadership calling as a prophet or not.

What do I Do Next? If you have been blessed, the best thing to do is give that blessing to someone else! We will be having these type of meetings again.
